Personnel Policy The crew of the vessels are recruited by manning agencies although every crewmember is screened in our own personnel department prior employment. They are all well trained, skilled and certified as per latest requirements in order to effect safe transportations but also to be able to respond to emergencies. The company sponsors many different courses, in excess of the compulsory ones, for the crew.
